These terms govern access to and use of the Brisal Restaurant website, including the contact form, event and catering requests and subscription to our communications.

Access is free and requires no registration. By using the site you accept these terms.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to submit false data, or third-party data without their consent, through the forms.

We reserve the right to withdraw access from anyone making fraudulent use of the site or harming its operation.

Menu, prices and availability are indicative and may vary with the season and stock. The binding information is what we confirm at the restaurant or in writing for each booking or quote.

Requests sent through the form are not a confirmed booking until we reply confirming it.

The text, images, video, trademarks and logos on this site belong to Brisal Restaurant or to third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction without prior written permission is not allowed.

The site uses third-party services to operate and to measure its use: Google (reCAPTCHA and Google Tag Manager), Firebase (analytics) and Sentry (error reporting). Their use is described in the privacy policy.

Form submissions are processed through Be CRM, the contact management platform from Be Graffic.

We take reasonable steps to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors.

We are not responsible for the content of external sites linked from here.

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the site owner's registered address. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts designated by the applicable consumer legislation.
